I have worked in Personal and Organisational Development 14 years as an Educator, Learning Designer, Coach and Facilitator. I work with businesses, charities and governmental bodies both nationally and internationally. My aim is to help my clients shift their awareness and make more conscious choices about their mindset and behaviour, in order to experience more fulfilment and purpose in their lives as well as impact in their endeavours.

I describe the work that I do as ‘Hacking the Human Condition’ because I engineer experiences using tools and inspiration from science and age-old wisdom. I am a CTI trained Co-Active Leadership Coach and workshop leader, and a CRR trained  Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach. I draw on ideas from places such as neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, Theory U and design thinking to create unique and engaging workshops and programmes.
