Professional Experience

I am a co-founder and Director of The Skills Lab, a training and development consultancy which facilitates cultural change in organisations that allow people to develop soft-skills. I am a Fellow of the RSA and registered with the International Coaching Federation.

Previously, I was a founding lecturer at Ada, The National College for Digital Skills where I ran Leadership and Resilience programmes. I also worked at Teach First where I designed and trained others to deliver Leadership Development experiences, workshops and programmes. I was also the Programme Director for various pilot programmes including:

      • A two year school development programme focusing on the impact of the Governing Bodies
      • Teach First’s inaugural ‘Innovation Weekend’ – a two day education hackathon using Design Thinking principles to conceive of solutions to education inequality.

My previous non-executive roles include

      • Co-founding and serving six years as trustee of Spark+Mettle, an international youth development charity

I started my professional career as a teacher working as Head of Physics and Duke of Edinburgh awards leader for five years in South London. I hold a Masters degree in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London.
